Cancellation Policy
We are responsible for what we sell.
Softline believes in the quality of its products and customer satisfaction to the possible extent and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 4 hours of placing an order. However, cancellation will not be entertained if the order has already been initiated for shipping.
Products sold in assorted colours or prints are subject to stock availability — specific colour preferences cannot be guaranteed or accepted for exchange or return.
In the event that you receive a damaged item or have a complaint, kindly record an unboxing video to facilitate a smooth return process. Uncut video footage is required to claim returns or report missing products.
Refund Policy

Return Criteria (Outerwear Only)
- Product must be purchased from www.softlinegirl.com only.
- Return request must be raised within 3 days from delivery.
- Product must be unused (other than fit trial) and unwashed.
- No stains, marks, stitches or holes caused by consumer.
- All tags and original packaging must remain intact.
- Original invoice must be returned with the product.
- Product must reach us in sellable condition.
- COD convenience fees are non-refundable.
- Exchange available for size issues.
- Refund or exchange in case of manufacturing defects.
